Pair Weds in June Rite
Miss Loretta Bukowki, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gustave Bukowski, 733 E. 7th St., became the bride of Eino J. Neimi, son of Mr. and Mrs. Matthew Neimi, 1130 W. 5th St., in a ceremony which took place on Thursday, June 13, in St. Matthew’s Lutheran Church, the Rev. Sheldon Schweikert officiating.
The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a white satin gown with fingertip veil of illusion. She carried a shower bouquet of carnations and gardenias.
Maid of honor was Miss. Ann Ciotell, who wore aqua eyelet and net. Bridesmaids were Marie Karhu and Mary Bukowski, who wore yellow eyelet and net gowns.
Walter Neimi accompanied his brother as best man, and ushers were Clarence Bukowski and Lauri Neimi.
The bride was graduated from East High School and the groom was graduated from Strong Vincent High School. He was recently discharged from the Army Air Forces.
The couple are residing at 1204 W. 10th St.
